As a private, non-contracted distance learning organization, East Bridge University meticulously follows the guidelines outlined in the Code de l’Éducation, Articles L444-1 to 444-11 and R 444-1 to 444-28. Important Note:

East Bridge University has received the status as a "hors contrat" school under the French education system. As a non-contracted private institution, EBU operates independently from government funding and is not bound by the national curriculum mandated for schools under contract.

Given EBU's designation as a "hors contrat" school, the awards conferred by the university are not considered equivalent to those of French public educational institutions. Instead, EBU offers programs delivered exclusively in the English medium and caters primarily to international students residing outside of France. This international focus aligns with EBU's mission to provide globally relevant education and foster a diverse learning community.

Founded by Samdech Preah Sangkhareach Bour Kry, the seventh and current Supreme Patriarch of the Dhammyuttat order of Cambodia, PSB University was established to meet the need for a higher educational institution for needy students like the novice monks of the Dhammyutta Order. PSBU is recognised by the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia and set up under the supervision and support of the Ministry of Cult and Religions. The University also receives active support from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, as well as the administration staff, civil servants, and civilians of Cambodia. PSBU is also a member of the International Association of Universities, a membership-based organisation created in 1950 under UNESCO, dedicated to serving the international higher education community.

PSB University had 954 graduates in 2020 and currently serves 1675 students pursuing Bachelor's and Master's degrees in four faculties: Philosophy, Religion and Law, Educational Sciences and Literature, Pali Sangkrit and Foreign Language, and Information Technology - Computer Science.

East Bridge University is extremely honoured to provide degree courses in academic collaboration with PSB University.
