Unlike traditional DBA programs, the candidate is not required to submit any traditional research dissertation but their body of already published research theses forms the basis of evaluation for the DBA by Publication program. However, the previously published scholarly works are assessed as per the same rigorous standards that apply to traditional research papers.

Candidates pursuing a DBA by Publication are required to submit a supporting research statement ranging from 5000 to 10000 words that clearly outlines the focus area of their research and demonstrates how the applicant’s published body of work aligns with the research theme. Every applicant is required to submit their published body of work to East Bridge University where our especially assigned supervisors would assist the candidates in choosing the relevant publications to be submitted for review as well as assist them in creating appropriate supporting statements.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for East Bridge University’s DBA by Publication program are as follows:

A recognised master's degree in any related field such as business administration or management, finance, etc.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in any managerial position.
A body of published research works in any specialised field of business administration showcasing how the candidate has used academic business theories to develop unique strategies to solve real-life business problems.

After the successful completion of the application form, the students will receive an acceptance letter from East Bridge University. Upon completion of their initial payments, the students can start their DBA program.

Curriculum

The programme of study for EBU's Doctor of Business Administration by Publication are:

Prior Publication of Research work - 120 Credits
Research Reflective Paper comprising 3000 to 5000 words - 60 Credits
Viva ( Defense) - 60 Credits

Course Completion Requirements:

Any students pursuing the DBA by Publication Program at EBU have to fulfill the following requirements:

Submit all the published research work with an introduction segment containing the supporting statement which demonstrates how the research-based works done by the candidate contribute towards a specific field of knowledge and expertise and how the work is relevant to the research theme.
Write a Research Reflective Paper within a range of 3000 to 5000 words to explain in detail your research focus and its alignment with your published body of work.
Defend the research submissions in front of a panel consisting of external and internal members.
Show how the candidate has critically examined the focused research areas and has made an original contribution to the existing body of knowledge in the specified domain.

Refund Policy:

If any student wants to discontinue the course after the payment of their fees, and they have not received any course access, then 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
There will be no refund of course fees once the student is given access to the course materials.

The refund process may take up to 3 months.
