Dr. Sanjib Chakraborty has been working across Asia as a strategy consultant and entrepreneur since 2003. He is actively researching the subject of entrepreneurship in the education sector with the goal of preparing aspiring and experienced teachers to teach in classrooms all around the world.
Driven by his ardour for learning and educating, he established the Asian College of Teachers (ACT), which in just 16 years has developed into a multi-award winning teacher training institute with over 100 programs and 50,000 alumni worldwide to its credit. As an entrepreneur and an educator at heart, Dr Sanjib has founded East Bridge University with the aim of bringing adult education to students across the globe without the restriction of geographical boundaries.
Dr. Sanjib Chakraborty holds a PhD in Management Science from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, as well as two master's degrees, one in business administration and one in education (M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction Design). In addition to being a Certified L&D Practitioner from the British Institute of Learning & Development in the UK and a Certified Trainer from the Singapore Institute of Management in Singapore, he holds a Diploma in Learning and Development from CIPD in the UK.
Dr. Sanjib has traveled to more than 40 nations and has played a key role in establishing contact with several international awarding and accrediting organisations in Europe, America, and Asia to advance higher education and professional learning that assures academic integrity. To improve the effectiveness and quality of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for professionals who are capable of creating dynamic changes in the business and learning landscape,
he has established crucial international connections with experienced professionals and educational leaders throughout the world. He has been an advisor to a university in Europe.
Asst. Prof. Dr Karl S Meneghella

Dr. Karl S Meneghella is a renowned educator and academic mentor with over three decades of experience in classroom teaching, curriculum development and implementation, and mentoring budding educators. His extensive professional career has enabled him to develop
a deep understanding of diverse educational landscapes across varied cultures. With a rich teaching experience that spans several countries ranging from Australia to the United States, Thailand to England, he has been able to lead educational organisations and academic bodies to foster student-centric learning systems through his dynamic research-oriented initiatives and processes.
Dr. Karl’s educational qualifications range across a varied spectrum, just like his professional path. He holds a PhD in Management Science from the prestigious Shinawatra University. Apart from this, he holds an MBA from Edith Cowan University. His diverse interests and expertise have led him to obtain various diplomas and certificates in fields such as applied media science, business and e-commerce, and primary teaching.
Dr. Karl’s professional experience ranges from school leadership and subject coordination to creating educational resources and providing consultancy services to organisations within the realm of academia. He has served as a Principal at Beachlands Primary School in Western Australia and as an IB Homeroom Teacher at the KIS International School. He has also been a Part-Time Sessional Lecturer in Thailand where
he provided academic guidance to Master’s students, gave tailored tutoring to Business students, and delivered impactful Executive Coaching Services.
Apart from teaching and mentorship, Dr. Karl has worked as a consultant with the ASIC, a renowned UK and International Accreditation Body as their Education Accreditation Inspector before assuming the role of Director of Inspector Training & Institution Accreditation at IEAC. As an author, Dr. Karl has also written books and several journals throughout his professional and academic career. In the year 2013, he co-authored the book “A Focus on Success” along with Dr Steve McKee.
Dr Maurice Dimmock

Dr Maurice Dimmock gained his Physics Bachelors Degree with Honours at University in Newcastle, before gaining his Post Grad in Teacher Education in Hull and then his Masters in Education Psychology back in Newcastle. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate my MSU for his outstanding contribution to International Education.
Dr Maurice also holds several professional qualifications including Chartered Engineer, Euro Engineer, Member of institute of Electrical Engineers and of the Institute of Physics.
Dr Maurice started his education career in Hull as a teacher of Physics and proved to be an outstanding teacher and was made a HMI inspector of schools within 3 years.
He then moved to work in Further/Vocational Education where he became Assistant Principal of a large college in the UK During this time he was awarded a Fellowship of the City and Gilds of London Institute.
He was then head hunted by Northumbria University to become their Director of International Operations. Maurice had tremendous success at Northumbria and won the coveted Guardian Newspaper International Manager of the year award.
During his time at the University he was renowned for developing international partnerships and was credited for developing the 2+1 and 3+ 0 arrangements with Malaysian Universities. He also led teams which won over £11m of World Bank related funding.
After 10 years at the University he resigned and founded and became the Chairman of a renowned International Accrediting body. Dr Maurice served as Chairman of the accrediting body by after 15 years service which saw the company become one of the most respected accrediting companies in the world.
He is also working as an independent consultant for Universities around the world helping them with improving their World University Rankings, QS stars and with partnership development.
Anton Meneghella
Anton Meneghella is a seasoned senior consultant who has worked with 'C'-level and senior executive stakeholders across various industries and technological realms to develop effective strategies that translate overarching organisational goals into result-orientated actionable tasks.
With over two decades of experience, Mr. Meneghella draws upon his robust technical acumen to spearhead organisational transformation initiatives and revitalise troubled systems development projects. Time and again, he has assumed leadership roles across the globe where he played an important role in orchestrating internal and external resources to meet regulatory and contractual obligations. He has also managed IT projects where he has a proven track record of leading the projects from inception to departmental integration.
His recent endeavours include providing professional mentorship to project managers and board members of organisations and offering methodological training and coaching. Furthermore, he has created and implemented Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs in project management and strategic planning at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Dr. Steve McKee
Dr Steve McKee is a professional educator, businessperson, instructor, and author with over thirty years of experience. He has worked as a teacher, advisor, professor, and administrator across a varied level of educational organisation including primary, middle school, high school, universities, and adult education. His university experience spans 12 different universities across the USA and Asia.
Dr Steve directed recruiting, assessing, and overseeing the school's accreditation procedure while serving as the principal of an international school. Additionally, as the Director of a Master's Programme at an International University, he oversaw staff management and curriculum development.
His educational qualification includes two degrees in Education and Economics, as a minor subject. He also holds a Ph.D. in Teacher Education, Evaluation Strategies, Research Methods and Statistics, and Vocational Education from The Ohio State University. His overarching educational and professional experience is a testament to his proficiency in strategic planning, personnel management, and achieving organizational excellence.
David D Perrodin
David D Perrodin has served in various key academic roles such as Dean, Professor, and Senior Research Fellow across his vast and diverse career spanning over three decades. He has made valuable contributions in the field of innovative teaching methodologies, mentorship, and the formation and implementation of educational standards.
He is currently serving as a Diplomat and Corporate Communication Director for the World Peace Committee, in Thailand. Being an active advocate for world peace and an Honorary Professor of Education Administration, his impact extends beyond conventional academic confines.
Among his business engagements are positions as an advisor to the CEO on language training and as a corporate airline English instructor. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics, his research examines a variety of themes in language teaching and education leadership. He has presented at more than 300 conferences worldwide.
Anthony Tomlinson
Anthony Tomlinson is a seasoned educator who has successfully crafted immersive learning environments tailored to diverse learning styles and needs. With a master's in Education, he has been dedicated to nurturing young minds over the past several years.
With a commitment to advancing pedagogical practices, his recent focus has been on enriching the teaching profession by training fellow educators, both through academic coursework development and the creation of CPD short courses for educational institutions.
In the pursuit of his doctorate, he is revisiting the complexities of educational theory. He has unwaveringly committed to fervently promoting the holistic growth of students and empowering them to realise their fullest potential.
