According to the Global Digital Skills Index, 3 out of 4 working professionals do not feel equipped for the future digital-first world. The Index is based on over 23,000 workers in 19 countries. Experts suggest online accelerated MBA degree programs close this big digital skills gap.
The study also revealed a majority of the professionals feel digital skills will help to power establishments' digital transformation now and in the future. This gap also remains between senior leadership and their workforces as well. Nevertheless, the gap is a concern -- but it also presents an opportunity. Investing in MBA degree programs or other business training programs is certainly helpful.
