East Bridge College has recently organized 2 international webinars on 28th November 2021. The first webinar was conducted by Dr. Sanjib Neil Chakraborty where he spoke about Managing Human Resources with a Focus on Motivation, Appraisal, Evaluation and Feedback. The second webinar was conducted by Rimpa Ghosh in which she discussed Differentiated Instruction and Assessment.
Participants from all across the globe attended these intensive and insightful webinars and left their positive feedback. The participants learned how to handle human resources effectively by encouraging them and providing them with constructive feedback. During the second webinar, the participants learned to twist tasks to safeguard that all students can engage in thinking. They also examined an approach to invite and nurture a thinking process that allows for effective and achievable differentiation.
