Anton Meneghella is a seasoned senior consultant who has worked with 'C'-level and senior executive stakeholders across various industries and technological realms to develop effective strategies that translate overarching organisational goals into result-orientated actionable tasks. With over two decades of experience, Mr. Meneghella draws upon his robust technical acumen to spearhead organisational transformation initiatives and revitalise troubled systems development projects. Time and again, he has assumed leadership roles across the globe where he played an important role in orchestrating internal and external resources to meet regulatory and contractual obligations. He has also managed IT projects where he has a proven track record of leading the projects from inception to departmental integration. His recent endeavours include providing professional mentorship to project managers and board members of organisations and offering methodological training and coaching. Furthermore, he has created and implemented Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs in project management and strategic planning at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Dr Steve McKee is a professional educator, businessperson, instructor, and author with over thirty years of experience. He has worked as a teacher, advisor, professor, and administrator across a varied level of educational organisation including primary, middle school, high school, universities, and adult education. His university experience spans 12 different universities across the USA and Asia. Dr Steve directed recruiting, assessing, and overseeing the school's accreditation procedure while serving as the principal of an international school. Additionally, as the Director of a Master's Programme at an International University, he oversaw staff management and curriculum development. His educational qualification includes two degrees in Education and Economics, as a minor subject. He also holds a Ph.D. in Teacher Education, Evaluation Strategies, Research Methods and Statistics, and Vocational Education from The Ohio State University. His overarching educational and professional experience is a testament to his proficiency in strategic planning, personnel management, and achieving organizational excellence.

David D Perrodin, Ph.D, DBA, M.Ed. MBA

David D Perrodin has served in various key academic roles such as Dean, Professor, and Senior Research Fellow across his vast and diverse career spanning over three decades. He has made valuable contributions in the field of innovative teaching methodologies, mentorship, and the formation and implementation of educational standards. He is currently serving as a Diplomat and Corporate Communication Director for the World Peace Committee, in Thailand. Being an active advocate for world peace and an Honorary Professor of Education Administration, his impact extends beyond conventional academic confines. Among his business engagements are positions as an advisor to the CEO on language training and as a corporate airline English instructor. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics, his research examines a variety of themes in language teaching and education leadership. He has presented at more than 300 conferences worldwide.

With a master's in Education, he has been dedicated to nurturing young minds over the past several years. With a commitment to advancing pedagogical practices, his recent focus has been on enriching the teaching profession by training fellow educators, both through academic coursework development and the creation of CPD short courses for educational institutions. In the pursuit of his doctorate, he is revisiting the complexities of educational theory. He has unwaveringly committed to fervently promoting the holistic growth of students and empowering them to realise their fullest potential.
