Dr Steve directed recruiting, assessing, and overseeing the school's accreditation procedure while serving as the principal of an international school. David D Perrodin has served in various key academic roles such as Dean, Professor, and Senior Research Fellow across his vast and diverse career spanning over three decades. He has made valuable contributions in the field of innovative teaching methodologies, mentorship, and the formation and implementation of educational standards. He is currently serving as a Diplomat and Corporate Communication Director for the World Peace Committee, in Thailand. Dr. Jeevani Gadde, Chief Operations Officer (COO), Futuristic Edu Initiatives

Dr. Jeevani Gadde is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in education, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Futuristic Edu Initiatives (FEI). Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Education, a Master’s in English Literature, a Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Training (CIDTT), and a Professional Doctorate in Education Administration and Leadership.

Dr. Joyce Naidu, Physician With 20 Years of Experience, Founder of  International Montessori Myanmar (IMM Pre-school & Primary School - 2012) and Sunshine Education Academy International Preschool (2019)

Dr. Joyce Naidu is a Physician with over 20 years of experience who earned her MD Degree from the University of Illinois Chicago (USA). She has also worked in the teaching field in the US where she has gained knowledge and understanding of Montessori courses before starting her medical career. After returning to Myanmar in the year of 2012, she founded her first Montessori preschool in 2012 in Yangon.

Along with her sister, she co-founded Nandaw Network Co. Ltd in the year of 2013 to service the booming Telecom Industry in Myanmar and was awarded with a 5-year major contract from Telenor & Ooredoo to assist them with government liaisons. Then she founded the Nandaw Training Centre to train local Myanmar technicians, and tower & telecom equipment workers/installers.

Dr. Naidu also founded International Montessori Myanmar (IMM Pre-school & Primary School - 2012) and Sunshine Education Academy International Preschool (2019). She started training locals in Myanmar in teacher training, and in the year 2019, she collaborated with the Asian College of Teachers under the NTC to expand her teacher training initiatives.
