At East Bridge University—a Paris-rooted, fully online institution for adult and working learners—teaching and advising are practitioner-scholar roles that blend academic rigor with real-world impact. You’ll help diverse learners progress in their careers while growing your own practice as an educator, mentor, and curriculum designer.

What you’ll do
- Deliver interactive online modules (live + asynchronous) and assess learner progress.
- Advise and supervise capstone/dissertation projects with clear milestones and feedback.
- Co-create syllabi, rubrics, and authentic assessments aligned to program outcomes.
- Uphold academic integrity and ethical, responsible use of technology in learning.
- Contribute to program reviews, boards of examiners, and quality enhancement.
Who you are
- Qualifications: PhD/Professional Doctorate in a relevant field is desirable; exceptional industry professionals/practitioners with a Master’s and significant experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience: Evidence of effective teaching/training (online preferred); curriculum design; supervision or mentoring.
- Skills: Strong communication, cross-cultural fluency, LMS proficiency, and commitment to inclusion and learner success.
